今日も今日とて
で、全労連系の労働組合は、まあいっぺんでも交渉をしたことがあれば知っている人は知っているのですが、なんというか、すごく平等主義的で、既に得ているものは過去の闘争で得た果実なので絶対に譲らず、上司の査定とか一切信用しない人たちです。このデフレの世の中で平気で何万円ベースアップとか最低賃金時給1000円とかを、大阪府に限らずそこらじゅうの企業でも地方自治体でも国家行政組織でも相手を問わず要求してくるのが全労連です。別に要求するのは権利だから否定はしませんが、まあ、そういう労働組合なので、この山本一郎氏のエントリで指摘されているのは、大阪府の職員労働組合における世間相場との乖離の問題ではなくって、全労連系組合に共通する世間相場との乖離の問題であると考えたほうがよいと思います。　いやもちろん、思想は自由だし、労働組合活動で高い要求をすることも勝手なので、一概に否定するものじゃあありませんがね。
